The authorisation from the estimate

Pick the procedures from the estimate, add the referral letter and the images, and send the request to Vecozo. Odontium checks the AGB code, BSN and attachment size before sending.

If Odontium does not know the barcode yet, it searches your materials, the GUDID database and the rules per manufacturer, and fills in brand, reference, lot and date for you.

An implant records J040 with J001 added; a second one in the same jaw becomes J041. A crown on a tooth with an implant automatically becomes R34 with R67.

Per tooth the status, your notes and your own fields, such as the tightening torque. At a check-up or a manufacturer's recall, you find it in seconds.

Frequently asked questions

Can I record implant lot numbers?

Yes. For each component you record brand, reference and lot number, also by scanning the barcode with a handheld scanner.

What do I see per tooth on the jaw?

The implant, the abutment and the restoration up to bar and crown, with status, torque and manufacturer, and a note for the check-up.

Does Odontium support digital X-ray and camera systems?

Yes. Odontium connects directly to VisiQuick, Dürr VistaSoft and Sidexis, among others, receives images from any DICOM device, and photos from a phone reach the right record through TSE Camera. The radiography page has the full overview.

Does Odontium run in the cloud, on-premise, or both?
