Switching from Oase Dental
We take over your records and calendar from Oase, and your accounts through the XAF audit file, with accounts, contacts and open items. Images from VisiQuick or Mediadent come along. Everything goes onto a trial migration first for you to check, and you choose the go-live date, ideally at the turn of a financial year.
Questions about Odontium and Oase Dental
Can I do my bookkeeping in Odontium?
Yes. Odontium has its own accounting with ledger, VAT, bank, purchases and sales, and an XAF audit file for your accountant. It comes free with the software.
Do I work on X-rays in Odontium itself?
Yes. Odontium has its own viewer with filters, measurements and CBCT, and receives images from any DICOM device and from VisiQuick, Dürr VistaSoft, Sidexis, Romexis and VDDS.
Is Odontium NEN 7510 and ISO 27001 certified?
Yes, both, plus ISO 9001. The certificate numbers and the certifying body are on our security page, so you can verify them yourself.
Who is my point of contact if I work in the cloud?
With us it is TSE, for both the software and the cloud environment: one contract and one point of contact, for backups and an export too.
Does Odontium work for a dental laboratory as well?
Yes, as a discipline of its own with its own workspace in the same record, with orders by stage and orders from 3Shape.
Can Odontium submit claims for long-term care and specialist dental care?
